ব্যক্তিজীবনের বিভিন্ন বিষয় নিয়ে প্রায় সময় কথা বলেন অপু বিশ্বাস। এবারে নিজের যত্ন নিতে কী করেন সেই খবর ভক্তদের দিলেন ঢালিউড কুইন।

একটি বেসরকারি টেলিভিশন চ্যানেলের অনুষ্ঠানে হাজির হয়েছিলেন অভিনেত্রী। সেখানে নিজের রূপের রহস্য জানালেন অভিনেত্রী।

নিজের জীবনযাপন ও খাদ্য তালিকায় কী কী রাখেন? এই প্রশ্নের জবাবে অভিনেত্রী বলেন, খাবারের অভ্যাসটাও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খেতে হবে। তবে আমি বলিউডের কাউকে অনুসরণ করে খাবার দেখে খাব, এটা ভুল। প্রতিটি মানুষ আলাদা। আমার সমস্যা থাকতে পারে, যেমন ধরো কারও থাইরয়েড সমস্যা থাকতে পারে, কারও ডায়াবেটিস আছে। এই দুটো সমস্যা থাকলে তাকে কিন্তু বেশ কয়েকটি খাবার পরিহার করতে হবে। আবার কারও এগুলো নেই, তাকে অনেক খাবার যোগ করতে হয়। এই বিষয়গুলো আমার মনে হয় চিকিৎসক ও পুষ্টিবিদের সঙ্গে কথা বলে ঠিকঠাকভাবে খাওয়াদাওয়া করা উচিত। আমি সেটাই করি। এছাড়াও আমি কাঁচা হলুদ বেশি খাই, এটা আমার খুব পছন্দ। এটা অনেক আগের অভ্যাস। মা খেতেন, আমাকে খাওয়াতেন।

সাধারণত ঈদের সময়ে প্রায় সব বাসাতেই বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবার রান্না করা হয়। তাই যারা ডায়েট মেনে চলেন তাদের ঈদের দিনগুলোতে খাদ্যতালিকায় আসে পরিবর্তন। ঢাকাই সিনেমার নায়িকা অপু বিশ্বাস ঈদের সময় কীভাবে নিজের খাদ্যতালিকা বজায় রাখেন জানতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন, ঈদে যত কিছুই খাওয়া হোক না কেন, আমার মনে হয়, সন্ধ্যা সাতটার আগেই শেষ করা দরকার। আমি এমনটা করি। আমি সুস্থ ও ভালো আছি। গরম পানিতে লেবু দিয়ে খাওয়া হয়। টক দই খেলেও খারাপ চর্বি কমে যায়।

অন্যদিকে, ত্বকের যত্ন নিতে একেক নায়িকা একেক বিষয়ে জোড় দেন। অপু বিশ্বাস তার ত্বকের যত্ন নিতে কী করেন জানতে চাইলে বলেন, আইস ফেসিয়ালটা খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আমার কাছে। আমরা যখন একটা ফেসিয়াল করি, তখন মুখে গরম ভাপ দেওয়া হয়। সেটা মুখের লোমকূপগুলোকে পরিষ্কার করার জন্য। আইস মাস্কটাও ঠিক সে রকমই উজ্জ্বলতার কাজ করে। যেহেতু আমরা নিয়মিত মেকআপ করি, সে জন্য বরফটা খুব বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
